"I've been lazy recently. I want to get my motivation back. ''
You might have said this phrase at least once.
Most people treat motivation as their engine for achieving their goal. Once you set your goal, you would wait until you feel like doing it, however, that time you are expecting would never come. And then you would complain about your motivation like "Hey my motivation, where have you been? I've been waiting for you all day long"
Therefore, Takaki Takehana explained that "In business, The Motivation is unnecessary." Additionally, he indicates the real obstacle to prevent us from reaching our goal is the MOTIVATION.
He also shows us the true path for success which is very simple than we though.
Yes, like a picture what you need is just keep studying, learning, taking actions and continuing. Even you fail, just come back to the first process and keep doing them again until success.
However, if there is motivation in between any process of them, it takes extra time
and eventually fell through. Therefore we must get rid of unnecessary emotional ups&downs.
