Now you are ready thinking logically based on data, so from this chapter we are going to learn the service structure.

1. What is 3C analysis?
3C stands for Customer, Competitor and Company. We need to care for those 3C for every process in order to build the service flow logically.
2. SWOT analysis
Swot stands for Strength, Opportunity, Weakness and Threat. This strategy is used for analyzing your own company, so that you can understand the current situation.

3. 4P
4P stands for Products, Price, Place and Promotion. In another word, it's called marketing mix. Conducting this strategy, you can extract solving issues or formulating for the future.

5. TTP strategy
TTP strategy is coined word of Japanese 徹底的にパクる(Tettei Tekni Pakuru). It means
copying every detail from competitors.

6. Market analysis

The number of people who wants the service * How much you'll pay for the service
7.Persona analysis
~Persona analysis is a way to get to know the target audience and explore their needs and goals so we can make sure that the product we build will be useful, enjoyable, and indispensable for our intended users. *1
